We are seeking a SharePoint Support & Maintenance Engineer with 5+ years of experience in SharePoint On-Premises (2019/Subscription Edition) and SharePoint Online. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing SharePoint solutions. The role includes production support, incident resolution, SharePoint administration, and minor development activities such as SPFx bug fixes and enhancements.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Provide technical support for SharePoint environments and resolve user issues.
🔧 Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
📈 Monitor system health and implement improvements as needed.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint solutions.
📚 Create documentation for processes and troubleshooting guides.
🛠️ Assist in migration projects and system upgrades.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint support and maintenance.
✅ Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and functionalities.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
✅ Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Support & Administration

• Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments.
• Perform day-to-day administration of SharePoint farms, site collections, and SharePoint Online sites.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance, and proactively resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists, workflows, search, permissions, and user access.
• Manage site collections, permissions, security groups, content types, managed metadata, and document libraries.
• Investigate issues using ULS logs, IIS logs, Event Viewer, and SQL Server logs.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to resolve production issues.
• Support SharePoint migrations, content movement, and site restructuring activities using ShareGate or Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).

SPFx Support & Development

• Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions.
• Develop minor enhancements and change requests for existing SharePoint solutions.
• Modify and maintain SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Debug and resolve issues related to REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, PnP JS, and SharePoint APIs.
• Build, package, deploy, and validate SPFx solutions across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Perform unit testing and regression testing for implemented fixes.
• Maintain source code using GitHub
