Shift Manager EVS
Summary: Responsible for managing the work activities of environmental services personnel.

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains a safety program to ensure all team members have a safe work environment.
- Frequently update yourself on new products and materials for continuous operational improvement.
- Maintains the approved preventative maintenance program on all equipment.
- Completes necessary reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Maintains an inspection program for all EVS responsible areas.
- Proficiently utilizes program to submit, track, and follow-up on work orders
- Conducts inspections on all casino and non-gaming EVS areas daily.
- Trains employees in proper procedures, cleaning and safety programs
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to do the work of those supervised.
- Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Regularly required to see, talk, hear; walk and stand.
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to sit; or stoop.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.
