We’re looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to help lead our service team and keep our shop running safely, efficiently, and at its best.

As Our Shop Foreman, You’ll:
Lead the Shop
- Direct and prioritize the daily workload for Service Technicians
- Review upcoming work orders and help ensure the shop is prepared for the next day’s schedule
- Distribute jobs and verify that technicians have the parts and information needed to complete their work efficiently
- Assist in supervising, supporting, and training technicians
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and productive shop environment
- Work closely with the General Manager to keep service operations running smoothly and efficiently
Take Care of Our Customers
- Serve as a key point of contact for service customers from the beginning to the end of their service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and help determine their service and repair needs
- Provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service
- Stay current on new mobility products, features, and accessories and communicate their benefits to customers
Keep Work Moving
- Prepare work orders and identify parts needed for upcoming jobs
- Assist with service scheduling to help maximize shop productivity and billed hours
- Coordinate with the Office Administrator and General Manager regarding parts, scheduling, and customer needs
- Assist with inventory control, including organization, audits, ordering, receiving, and shop supplies
- Ensure parts are properly accounted for and available to technicians when needed
- Work with the General Manager to prepare used vehicles for sale
Step In as a Technician When Needed
As Shop Foreman, you’ll lead the team—but you’ll also be ready to jump in and help when needed. This may include:
- Diagnosing mechanical or equipment issues
- Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing adaptive mobility equipment
- Working with driving aids, restraint systems, wheelchair lifts, and other mobility equipment
- Completing repairs and installations according to company and National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) standards
- Documenting problems, repairs, and corrective actions accurately
