Summary

Based in Bahrain, the SIGINT Analyst develops and briefs intelligence assessments on narcotics trafficking, transnational criminal organizations, and counterterrorism for DEA Middle East operations. The work uses classified and unclassified sources, SIGINT tools, real-time knowledge systems, and network-analysis tools, with extensive travel outside the continental U.S.

The Opportunity:

As a CACI SIGINT Analyst, you will provide support to the Intelligence Analyst Support Program (IASP ) Middle East Region, and the Regional Narcotic Intelligence Fusion Cell (RNIFC) under the US Drug Enforcement Administrations (DEA). Responsibilities will include:

  • Development of products and assessments that help build and maintain the current Common Operating Picture (COP) using both classified and unclassified information.
  • Providing DEA with a decisive operational edge through the assessment and dissemination of intelligence and information on narcotics trafficking and its links to the Transnational Criminal Organizations, specifically Counter Terrorism.
  • Collaborative work with other analysts and agents as well as allied and host nation military and law enforcement agencies to develop intelligence products for DEA’s Global Operations, DEA Middle East Region, and the Regional Narcotic Intelligence Fusion Cell (RNIFC).
  • Prepare and present assessments and briefings to customers and key leadership on narcotics trends, issues, and challenges.
  • Providing Partner Nation Law Enforcement with a decisive operational edge through the assessment and dissemination of intelligence.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience working with NSA/CSS or Joint organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or supporting HUMINT/law enforcement operations.
  • Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and supporting intelligence/law enforcement operations.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience or 10 years’ recent/relevant experience.
  • Six years of experience in related work supporting Federal Law Enforcement.
  • Previous deployment experience with US Military, Department of State, or Federal law enforcement.
  • Medically deployable.
  • Experience and familiarity with intelligence tools and software to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate information.
  • Knowledge of US Federal law enforcement functions and expanding investigations targeting Transnational Criminal Organization (TCO) illicit activities including transportation of contraband.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research and analytical tools related to network development.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Host Nation Law Enforcement functions and illicit activities.
  • Experience with support to DEA Middle East Region and the RNIFC.
  • Knowledge of narcotics trafficking tactics, techniques, and procedures in the Middle East as well as Africa.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
