Site Delivery Lead Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Site Delivery Lead owns the day-to-day execution of redi-Group's quality assurance and control services at customer locations in the Charleston area. This role is responsible for ensuring daily operational readiness, managing local team performance, and coordinating staffing and site logistics. The Site Delivery Lead plays a key role in launching new customer projects, maintaining service quality, and acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters on-site. Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, this position allows the Regional Manager to focus on customer growth, relationship building, and strategic oversight.
