Site Development Manager

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of site development and pre-construction activities for new Goddard School locations and relocations, overseeing the process from site selection through entitlement, permitting, and design coordination. The role exists to lead due diligence, regulatory approvals, and design management — coordinating with architectural and engineering teams — to deliver fully approved, ready-to-build projects before handoff to construction. By making sure every new site is properly vetted, approved, and designed before ground is broken, this role supports our mission of creating joyful, supportive environments where children flourish.
