Do you have experience in operations management, team leadership, and process optimization? We are looking for an experienced manager who will take responsibility for overall operations, efficient resource utilization, and achievement of key performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall management of the logistics and service center operations.
• Responsibility for achieving operational goals, KPIs, and budget targets.
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of employees.
• Organizing and coordinating daily operational activities.
• Ensuring the efficient functioning of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Overseeing the technical condition of equipment and facilities.
• Collaborating with customers and ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implementing process improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality standards, and internal company policies.
