Slots Gaming Support Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Performs all ATM, JDU, and MIMO fills, credits, and repairs.• Works effectively and maintains positive relationships with internal and external venders and guests.• Assists guests with transactional needs related to ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs.• Monitors status and working areas for ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs ensuring all are operational and areas are secure and clean.• Balances monies received and disbursed.• Conducts operation of basic slot machinery, cash dispensing machine, redemption machine, bill counter, and calculator.• Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
