Requirements:
- 5+ years in SMM, including strategy ownersh;
- Agency experience (SMM agency / marketing / creative agency) — must;
- Proven track record of planning and leading creative social campaigns and activations;
- Strong English (C1), confident stakeholder management;
- Hands-on understanding of content formats, channel specifics, community mechanics;
- Strong project/campaign coordination skills (briefs, timelines, approvals, production);
- EU location (or CET–WET ±2h from Spain).
Responsibilities:
- Own SMM strategy and channel plans (brand + product);
- Build campaign concepts with “agency mindset”: creative hooks, formats, activations, PR-adjacent ideas;
- Lead planning and execution: briefs, content calendar, launch playbooks;
- Coordinate cross-functionally (design, video, product, PR, community, partners);
- Ensure consistent tone, quality bar, and brand alignment;
- Report performance and insights; improve based on data.
