Social Media Marketer
You will own and operate social channels across X, blog, LinkedIn, and Telegram. You will turn marketing strategy, ecosystem narratives, and campaign direction into clear long- and short-form content for crypto-native, technical, and consumer audiences. You will manage the content calendar and partner requests, build channel-specific posting strategies, monitor trends and sentiment, engage directly with the community, and use analytics to improve content and channel decisions. You will also help evolve the brand voice, host Spaces, and respond from brand accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate social channels across X, blog, LinkedIn, and Telegram
- Create clear, on-brand long- and short-form content
- Manage the social content calendar and incoming requests
- Coordinate ecosystem social activity and spotlight launches, events, and key moments
- Develop channel-specific posting strategies and reactive engagement
- Monitor conversations, trends, sentiment, and performance data
- Engage with the community and escalate issues thoughtfully
- Align social execution with marketing, growth, product, and organizational priorities
- Help evolve the brand voice on social
- Host Spaces and engage from brand accounts
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Starknet's market position, strengths, trade-offs, and credible messaging
- Strong understanding of Crypto Twitter and brand-focused social strategy
- 3+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience, ideally in crypto or web3
- Working knowledge of blockchain and DeFi fundamentals, including AMMs, staking, governance, lending, and the L2 landscape
- Strong writing ability for translating complex ideas across audiences
- Experience operating social channels in fast-moving environments with reactive posting and real-time engagement
- Experience using social analytics and monitoring tools to guide decisions
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with others
- Comfort acting as a visible brand presence, including hosting Spaces and engaging on CT
