Software Architect, Liquidity Platform

You develop and deliver requested features for the liquidity platform, contribute performance expertise in design meetings, identify and optimize performance hotspots, and participate in support rotations and issue investigations. You apply quantitative modeling, risk management, market microstructure analysis, cross-venue arbitrage, and automated trading system development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requested features as a hands-on developer
• Provide performance expertise in design meetings
• Identify performance hotspots and carry out optimizations
• Participate in the support rota
• Assist in issue investigations

Requirements

• Solid STEM education background
• Versatility and learning agility
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• At least 3 years of application development experience
• Familiarity with Aeron, Disruptor, JVM, network stack, low-level programming, and hardware architecture
• Knowledge of financial markets or crypto trading
