Software Developer (6400-7000)

We are seeking a Java Production Support Engineer with 4–6 years of specific hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, Kafka, and production support.

Must-Have Skills

• Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate
• Strong SQL: query writing, optimization & performance tuning
• Kafka: messaging & transaction concepts
• API security, authentication/authorization & exception handling
• Splunk/Kibana and log monitoring
• Jenkins and basic–intermediate OpenShift/Kubernetes
• MariaDB or other RDBMS
• L2/L3 production support and P1 incident handling

Functional Knowledge

• Exposure to Core Banking systems and transaction processing
• Basic understanding of Savings/Current account interest calculations
• ACID properties and vertical/horizontal scalability
• Debugging distributed systems and troubleshooting production issues
