Software Engineer - Backend

Our client is an IT leader company in Europe with subsidiaries in different countries, including Spain. This is a young, innovative, creative and expanding company, which works for a lot of famous brands. They are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Backend team in Alicante (Spain).
Requirements:
- Senior profile with a broad experience in a similar role.
- 5 years experience as a backend software engineer.
- Higher education or equivalent.
- Extended experience with PHP and Java or Node.js.
- Experience with MySQL, ElasticSearch or Cassandra.
- Continuous Integration and Delivery experience is a plus.
- Experience with control software like Git is a plus.
- Web development technologies knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, Css, jQuery, SASS).
- High English proficiency level.
Tasks:
- Work, improve and maintain our software tool and different products.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle.
- Develop and write clean and testable code, always being updated in terms of coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Make architectural decisions.
- Produce, modify and maintain websites and web application.
- Contribute and work with the rest of the team, including frontend developers, other software engineers and product owners.
- Share your knowledge with the backend team.
