Your Impact

As a Software Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the user-facing components of the Partner Hub. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to translate design requirements into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces, gaining hands-on experience with our production frontend stack. Your work will directly impact the usability and efficiency of our platform, ensuring our global partners have a seamless experience when managing their Webex services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of frontend features, focusing on UI implementation and component development.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs.
• Participate in team design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities to ensure high-quality, accessible code.
• Help monitor frontend performance and assist in resolving UI-related technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate your learning and development tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to support the full software development lifecycle.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning, code quality, and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Exposure to Angular , HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Foundational knowledge of frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong desire to learn and apply new frontend technologies quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, accessible results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and browser-based debugging tools.
• Interest in using AI-powered coding tools to enhance productivity.
• A proactive desire to learn how to debug and resolve frontend performance or compatibility issues.
