Software Engineer - Core Services

Summary The Core Services squad owns the foundational platform that the rest of our engineering organization builds on top of: Lambda-based microservices, event-driven architecture over Kafka, and infrastructure managed entirely in code through Terraform and Spacelift. This is not a maintenance role. We are actively expanding the platform, and the engineers on this squad shape the patterns that every other squad follows. We are looking for engineers who are serious about their craft and genuinely excited about what AI-assisted development can do for velocity and quality. Claude Code is part of our standard engineering workflow. We expect the people on this team to use it, push its limits, and help us get better at it as an organization.
