Software Engineer (Developer)

Salary: $85K - $95K + Super

This is a superb opportunity for a Developer to join an award-winning technology company who develop superior solutions for their professional services client base. As market leaders in Australia, their business is rapidly expanding into global markets (UK, US, Canada & NZ).

You will work alongside experienced developers, product managers, and engineering leaders who are passionate about mentoring and helping you accelerate your career. Work with the latest technology like .NET8+, React 18+, Kubernetes, and GitHub Go-Pilot.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with your team to design, build, and maintain full-stack software features.
• Participate in pair programming sessions and code reviews, learning best practices in writing clean, maintainable code.
• Work on bug fixes and small enhancements to gain confidence and build domain knowledge.
• Write automated tests to improve quality and reliability of applications.
• Contribute to team discussions on design and technical decisions - your ideas are valued here!
• Continuously grow your skills by exploring new tools, frameworks, and AI-powered development techniques.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Familiar with at least one programming language (C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar).
• Excited to learn full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
• Curious about modern development practices (APIs, microservices, cloud technologies).
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
• Passionate about new technology and show willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
