作为研发部门的一名Software Engineer, Gameplay，您将运用自身在游戏玩法技术领域的精深知识，为拳头游戏激动人心的新作注入生命力。您将与产品负责人、设计师、艺术家及其他工程师在团队中紧密合作，共同探索产品的根本性问题，并打造出能将玩家的梦想变为现实的卓越体验。理想的候选人应充满热情、积极主动，并有志于引领该游戏领域的技术愿景。
职责：
- 与策划团队合作，沟通理解产品需求，主导并参与相关系统的需求分析、技术设计及最终实现游戏功能
- 理解策划、美术团队的开发流程，与专业领域的负责人协作识别开发中的瓶颈，规划并交付相关的工具，提高团队开发效率
- 不断迭代和优化解决方案，以确保其稳健性、可扩展性和高性能
- 协助团队确立技术方向与开发标准
必备条件：
- 在游戏行业中有4年以上作为软件工程师的开发经验
- 精通C++或C#
- 参与过至少一个已发布的游戏项目
- 对常见的游戏和软件设计模式有深入理解
- 出色的调试技能
- 在技术决策中具备产品意识、务实态度和玩家同理心
优先条件：
- 拥有2年以上的游戏玩法开发经验
- 具有使用商业引擎（如Unreal或Unity）的经验
- 具备与中型工程团队合作的经验
- 参与过游戏开发的原型设计和前期制作阶段
- 具备敏捷开发经验
