Software Engineer Platform Developer Experience

You will own and scale the developer experience by improving engineering workflows, reliability, and productivity. You will bring structure to the codebase, build or integrate application frameworks, develop the observability stack from instrumentation through presentation, integrate AI-driven development tools, and drive reliability improvements across engineering.

Responsibilities

• Bring order and structure to the codebase.
• Integrate or build application frameworks for a growing engineering organization and code footprint.
• Own and develop the observability stack from code instrumentation through ingestion to presentation.
• Integrate tools for AI-driven development.
• Identify and drive reliability improvement efforts across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and a track record of improving developer velocity and system reliability.
• 7+ years of experience working in a platform team supporting developer experience, including observability, CI/CD, application frameworks, or productivity tooling.
• Experience writing code and tools to support growing engineering organizations in scale-ups.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices.
• Knowledge of security, stability, speed, and related trade-offs.
• Based in Stockholm or ready to relocate.
