Software Engineer, Senior
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our cloud product portfolio. As a critical member of our agile engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of Infor’s next-generation applications.
- Owns deep LLM systems work — production-maturity Claude integration inside the Hub (eval harnesses, drift detection, sanity bounds, cost guardrails)
- Partners with the upstream Industry Strategy team on productizing the synthetic-PM / RAG pipeline that authors the 160-use-case FDE catalog (scheduled runs, deterministic outputs, drift monitoring, change-review flow).
- 4+ years in ML or LLM systems engineering
- Deep production experience with Anthropic Claude or OpenAI APIs
- Prompt engineering as a discipline: versioned prompts, A/B comparisons, eval harnesses
- RAG patterns: embeddings, vector search, retrieval ranking, citation enforcement
- Structured-output enforcement (JSON schema / Zod on LLM responses)
- Hands on experience using Python or TypeScript
- Eval frameworks: promptfoo, ragas, deepeval, LangSmith, or custom
- Cost optimization for LLM APIs (caching, prompt distillation, batch jobs
