作为研发部门的一名Software Engineer, Services，您将运用自身在技术领域的精深知识，为拳头游戏激动人心的新作注入生命力。您将与产品负责人、设计师、艺术家及其他工程师在团队中紧密合作，共同探索产品的根本性问题，并打造出能将玩家的梦想变为现实的卓越体验。理想的候选人应充满热情、积极主动，并有志于引领该游戏领域的技术愿景。
岗位职责（Responsibilities）：
- 负责游戏服务端功能模块的开发与维护，保障服务稳定、高效与安全；
- 实现和优化服务端核心系统，包括用户数据、战斗逻辑等相关支撑模块；
- 持续改进服务端性能，定位并解决线上和测试环境中的技术问题；
- 参与服务端相关工具开发，提高开发与运维效率；
- 与客户端、策划等多团队协作，高效推动功能实现与体验落地；
- 跟踪主流服务端技术动态，并将优秀实践和新技术应用到项目中。
任职要求（Required Qualifications）：
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上服务端开发经验，计算机相关专业优先；
- 熟悉C++、Java或Golang等主流服务端编程语言，有扎实的编码和调试能力；
- 熟悉高并发、分布式系统、常用中间件（如消息队列、缓存、数据库等）的开发与优化；
- 能够独立负责细分模块或业务功能的开发、测试及维护；
- 具备良好的分析和问题定位能力，能高效响应并解决线上业务问题；
- 善于跨团队沟通与合作，把控开发进度，确保需求高质量落地；
- 有持续学习和自我提升意识，关注行业新技术动态。
加分项（Desired Qualifications）：
- 有客户端 / 服务端双端架构开发经验。
- 有 CI/CD 流水线经验（如 Jenkins）。
- 有容器化技术经验（如 Docker）。
