Software Engineer with Python

About the Role

Join a team developing enterprise data platforms and backend services used across a global financial organization. You will build scalable applications that support research, operations, and risk teams while collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with C#/.NET or Rust.
• Knowledge of backend development, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modelling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have

• React or Angular experience.
• AI/ML integration experience.
• Financial services or market data knowledge.
• Experience with Kafka, Solace, or IBM MQ.
