- Education: MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related technical engineering discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience and knowledge of the software development process and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills allowing efficient global communication.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify roadblocks and drive them promptly to resolution.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated eagerness to explore, test and integrate AI and automation capabilities into routine tasks to drive continuous improvement in engineering efficiency.
- Compensation Advocacy and Recognition: Ability to provide fair recognition and advocate for appropriate rewards, promotions and compensation for team members, ensuring process transparency.
- Technical Background: Prior experience as Developer, Architect or other technical role.
