Software Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the team of local software development engineers
• Coordinates project status, tasks and activities with the head office in the USA
• Works with customer to evaluate requirements and prioritize work tasks
• Ensures that project goals and milestones are achieved
• Ensures office compliance with ISO 27001 IT security policies and procedures
• Coordinates office facilities and systems, work with IT department to assist in support of local equipment
• Track project budgets and assist with customer invoicing
• Maintains a staff capable of achieving required project goals, including hiring of new staff, conducting performance reviews of staff, establishing office standards for training, education and personal growth for staff
• Creates a work environment where collaboration and established high standards lead to success

Requirements:

· Degree in Computer Science or IT related field

· Minimum 5 years of proven software management experience

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Vietnamese

· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Have a strong ability to be organized, manage time and handle multiple tasks/projects and priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Ability to travel internationally to USA and other countries is required
