Responsibilities

• Ensuring the successful delivery of software services to clients.
• Managing department members to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Ensuring department members follow internal processes, providing guidance as needed.
• Supporting regional business expansion strategies.
• Providing improvement and innovation proposals to increase productivity and quality of work.
• Supporting the commercial team to prepare technical solutions and estimates for new projects.
• Overseeing project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may impact service delivery.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations.
• Adhering to quality standards and best practices in software service delivery.
• Cascading departmental targets for each Senior Team Lead / Team Lead, providing guidance as needed.
• Supporting the commercial team to prepare technical solutions for new projects.
• Responsible for the software team's technical growth.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or any relevant background.
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a developer or similar role and 5+ years leading a team.
• Experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in managing and overseeing project management processes.
