Software Support

Salary: $79,999 – $89,999 per year

RF Barcode Systems provides software and hardware in a B2B setting. Our solutions help our customers to improve warehouse efficiency through the use of barcode scanning and voice recognition technology.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual who can:

• Provide support for our suite of mobile (Xamarin native + Python) apps and associated server-side programs.

• Investigate and resolve software support requests.

• Undertake customer service and support task as assigned, including participating in occasional rostered after hours support service;

The Must Haves

• A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a small team

• Excellent time management skills;

• Experience with C# or VB.NET

• Exposure to SQL

This is a full-time, in office, position based in Mansfield QLD.
