Software Tester

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications. You will ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of our products through automated testing processes.

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  
• Design, write, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Appium.
  
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing using automation suites.
  
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, log, and track software defects.
  
• Conduct API automation testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  
• Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to continuous testing and delivery.
  
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports on testing activities and findings.
  
• Recommend improvements to enhance automation efficiency and coverage.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, or similar tools
  

• Hands-on experience in API automation (Postman / RestAssured)
  

• Scripting knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub)
  

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC
  

• Knowledge of JIRA or other defect-tracking tools
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  

• 2+ years of relevant experience in software test automation
  

• ISTQB or other software testing certification (preferred)
  

• Experience with mobile app automation (Appium) is an added advantage
