Solution Architect
You will work at the intersection of partnerships, product, and engineering. You will build ecosystem relationships, identify growth opportunities, diagnose partner and user pain points, translate them into product requirements and prototypes, research technologies for new solutions and automation, map needs to technical solutions, align stakeholders, and report engagement outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners and stakeholders
- Identify business growth opportunities through partner engagement and market observation
- Diagnose user and partner pain points
- Translate pain points into product requirements and prototypes
- Research technologies for new solutions and process automation
- Maintain a working understanding of BSC, opBNB, and BNB Greenfield
- Map partner needs to technical solutions
- Drive alignment between partners, product, and engineering
- Track engagement outcomes
- Prepare reports on opportunities and lessons learned
