- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years of proven professional experience in software development, including at least 2 years in software architecture for large-scale enterprise systems
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise software solutions based on service-oriented architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts and microservices architectures
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, including event-driven architectures, Apache Kafka, GraphQL APIs and Redis, with experience integrating complex software systems
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum), ability to lead technical discussions, define architectural standards, mentor development teams, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
