The programme runs on Oracle Fusion, but two workstreams sit outside that stack: Cooper for procurement and Sugar CRM for customer relationship management. You will lead solution architecture across both, working closely with the Enterprise Architect and taking full ownership of design output day to day.

The Role
The programme runs on Oracle Fusion, but two workstreams sit outside that stack: Cooper for procurement and Sugar CRM for customer relationship management. You will lead solution architecture across both, working closely with the Enterprise Architect and taking full ownership of design output day to day.
- Lead solution design across Cooper (procurement) and Sugar CRM workstreams
- Produce clear, decision-quality architecture artefacts (concise papers, not 300-page documents)
- Run workshops and drive design decisions with business and technical stakeholders
- Assess options, commit to recommendations, and get decisions made
- Identify and manage design risk throughout delivery
Essential:
- Solid Solution Architect experience on large ERP or enterprise transformation programmes
- Demonstrated experience with procurement and CRM solutions, Cooper and/or Sugar CRM experience highly regarded
- Strong process knowledge across procurement and customer relationship management
- Recognised qualifications or certifications in solution architecture
- Excellent written communication - able to produce clear evaluation papers and design documents
- AI literate - able to critically assess and validate AI-generated content, not just accept it at face value
- The energy and resilience to work at pace, meet tight deadlines, and strong stakeholder management ability are the key soft skills
- Oracle Fusion experience
- Integration architecture experience across mixed-vendor environments
- Real ownership of critical workstreams on a significant programme
- Clear reporting line to a senior Enterprise Architect who sets direction without micromanaging
- Flexible location considered for the right candidate, Auckland-based strongly preferred
