Solution Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a strategic customer, data and marketing transformation programme based in Auckland.

This is an opportunity to shape how customer and marketing data is captured, integrated, managed and activated across a large, complex organisation, working across both New Zealand and Australian teams.

You’ll define reusable architecture patterns, guide solution design and work closely with architecture, data, engineering, product and business teams.

The role will have a strong focus on customer data, marketing technology, cloud, integration and data platforms, helping create scalable solutions that support customer engagement, analytics and personalisation.

Must have:

• Proven Solution Architecture experience within a large, complex organisation
• Strong experience across customer data, marketing technology, CRM and data platforms
• Experience with data products, integration architecture and cloud platforms
• Understanding of customer engagement, marketing lifecycle and digital experience ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience working across multiple delivery teams and business domains

Highly desirable:

• Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe, Marketo, Dynamics or similar platforms
• SaaS, enterprise application and data platform integration
• Banking, financial services or another regulated environment
• Architecture frameworks such as BIAN
• Enterprise platform modernisation and transformation experience
  
  

You’ll suit this role if you’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, can simplify complex technical concepts and enjoy bringing structure to large transformation programmes.
You’ll need to be confident influencing senior stakeholders while remaining practical and delivery-focused.
