Solution Architect
Our client is a well established Australian organisation operating across health, care, wellbeing and community services. They are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support technology initiatives across Home Care, Aged Care, Residential Villages and Virtual Care.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable and secure technology solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable and secure technology solutions.
The Role
- Lead solution architecture across a range of business and technology initiatives.
- Translate business needs and requirements into clear, practical architecture and solution designs.
- Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations covering risk, cost, dependencies and longer-term considerations.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps and ensure solutions align with broader enterprise architecture.
- Provide architecture oversight through delivery, from initial design through to implementation.
- Support architecture governance and key technology decisions, including modernisation and platform replacement.
- Work with technical teams to translate architecture into detailed designs.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies, including Generative AI, where there is clear business value.
Experience across a number of the following will be highly regarded:
- AWS and Azure
- Salesforce and CRM
- APIs, integration and microservices
- BPM and process automation, including Appian, UiPath or Tungsten TotalAgility
- Enterprise finance, HR and contact centre platforms
- Integration platforms such as webMethods
- Generative AI and emerging technologies
You’ll be an experienced Solution or Domain Architect with strong enterprise architecture and technology delivery experience.
You’ll bring:
- Strong domain knowledge across Home Care, Aged Care, Residential Villages and/or Virtual Care. This experience is essential.
- 6+ years experience in a Solution or Domain Architecture capacity.
- Broad experience across solution, technology, integration, data and business architecture.
- The ability to work with complex or ambiguous requirements and turn them into pragmatic solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across cloud, integration, APIs and enterprise platforms.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
