Solution Architect (ServiceNow)

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow solution architecture, design, implementation, and optimisation across the enterprise.
Conduct feasibility studies and define migration strategies from legacy platforms such as SharePoint and Nintex K2 to ServiceNow.
Provide architecture guidance for enterprise integration, workflow automation, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and AI capabilities.
Lead Agile delivery teams as Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing impediments, supporting backlog prioritisation, and driving continuous improvement.
Design and support ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and Workflow Data Fabric.
Evaluate integration opportunities with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Workday, SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, and Oracle.
Review and optimise ServiceNow access controls, licensing, upgrades, configurations, and vendor solutions.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, quality, and ServiceNow best practices.

8–10 years of Solution Architecture experience with at least 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
Strong ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customisation, and integration experience.
Experience with ServiceNow CSM preferred.
Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and AI.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, workflow automation, and legacy system migration.
Experience in vendor management and solution validation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
