Were on the hunt for a Solution Designer / Lead Engineer who lives and breathes Appian (v23 or later please dinosaurs need not apply ) and wants to build enterprise-grade magic in highly regulated realms like banking and financial services.

- Design strategic, end-to-end Appian solutions that play nice with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals
- Translate big business strategies into slick, scalable, composable workflows
- Partner with architects, DevSecOps, cyber, and change folks like its a relay race no dropped batons
- Deliver complex builds that span multiple Appian apps, APIs, microservices, and even (shudder) mainframes
- Mentor dev squads and lead by example with reusable patterns and clean code (you code like a poet, we know)
- ️ Keep things humming with CI/CD, automated tests, and Appian DevOps tools (compare-and-deploy fans, this is your moment)
- ️ Balance Agile and Waterfall youre the unicorn who can handle both
Must-Haves (No Compromises)
- 7+ years building with Appian, including real architectural decision-making
- Appian Certified Senior and Lead Developer (v23.X+)
- Battle-tested in complex, regulated environments think banks, insurers, capital markets
- Fluent in Appian objects, security models, records, plug-ins the works
- Integration wizardry with APIs, cloud services, middleware, legacy beasts, and more
- DevOps-savvy with pipelines, quality gates, and automated test suites
- Great communicator whether you're talking to a BA, a dev, or the CIO
Nice-to-Haves (A.K.A. Extra Awesome)
- Experience with Appian Portals, Data Fabric, Sites, or RPA
- Know your SSO from your OAuth2, and can architect secure workflows like Fort Knox
- Managed global delivery or offshore teams? Even better
- ️ Exposure to AWS, Azure, containers, K8s, or API gateway tools? Youre spoiling us
