We are looking for a Solution Manager, MFT & EDI to join our global Integration Services team.

In this role, you will take technical ownership of our global Managed File Transfer (MFT) capability and contribute to the development of our EMEA EDI landscape together with our EDI Solution Managers. This is a particularly exciting time to join us: we are currently evaluating and selecting our future strategic MFT platform. You will be one of the key technical contributors shaping the platform selection, target architecture, implementation approach, operating model, and long-term roadmap. You will join our seven person Integration Services team, responsible for Fiskars Group’s global integration platforms, API, MFT, and EDI capabilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the technical direction, architecture, standards, and development roadmap for our global MFT capability
  • Play a key role in the selection and implementation of our new strategic MFT platform
  • Lead technical solution design for new MFT integrations, partner onboardings, and platform enhancements
  • Design secure and scalable B2B integration solutions together with internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of EMEA EDI solutions, standards, and best practices
  • Drive improvements in reliability, automation, security, monitoring, and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with integration architect and other solution managers, SAP teams, service managers, business stakeholders, and external service providers
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex integration-related issues

What we are looking for

Must-have

  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies and solutions, especially secure file transfer or B2B integrations
  • Hands-on experience with secure file transfer technologies (e.g., SFTP, FTPS, AS2, certificates, encryption)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical integration solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP integrations and IDocs
  • Knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT
  • Experience with integration platforms, middleware, or iPaaS solutions
  • Experience from manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain environments
