JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.1. In Scope
(1) Solutions architecture oversight on Procurement Automation and other projects from Central Operations Group
(2) Service Definition
(a) Demand Management - (i) Assessment if the business request will require new solution or sourcing
(b) Business Case (i) Create SAO as input for the Architecture Fit Assessment
IT OPERATING MODEL - Information Technology Services
(c) Solution Outline (i) Development, review/approval and maintenance of Solutions Architecture outline (SAO) (ii) Development, review/approval and maintenance of Project Non Functional Requirements (NFR)
(d) Sourcing (i) Define the sourcing approach (ii) Participate in the preparation of RFI, RFP and solutions evaluation results (ili) Participate in the sourcing / solution evaluation activities
(e) Solution Scoping (i) Participate in the review of Scope of Work
(3) Service Build
(a) Initiation i) Provide inputs on project plan and schedules
(b) Requirements (i) Consulted on and review the Functional Requirements Specification ii) Consulted on and review the Test Execution Plan (li) Review and approve the NFR Test Plan
(c) Design and Build (i) Development, review/approval and maintenance of Solutions Design for NFR ii) Oversight on solutions design for functional requirements iii) Participate in the review and approval of solutions design
(d) Systems Integration and Testing (i) Approve compliance to architecture
(e) Acceptance Testing (i) Consulted on functional testing (i Review and approve the NFR Test Results
(f) Acceptance Testing (i) Consulted on operations readiness discussions
(g) Deployment (i) Consulted on deployment discussions
(4) Update enterprise architecture artefacts as applicable, Ex. Application Catalogue, Data Catalogue, Integration Catalogue, Platform Catalogue, etc
(5) Development, review/approval and maintenance of Architecture Decision Documents as applicable
(6) Participate in the Enterprise Architecture Forum and other related architecture discussions insights.
