Role: Solutions Architect
Brisbane-based, hybrid options
6 months contract, possible extension

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and ongoing improvement of a Microsoft 365 collaboration and official records environment, including SharePoint Online, Records365 (or similar eDRMS) and Orchestry.

Responsibilities:

• Review the current environment and recommend improvements
• Create solution architecture and technical designs (including security model)
• Lead design for enhancements and integrations across Microsoft 365 / Azure
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant and supportable
• Provide governance and operating model advice
• Mentor delivery and support teams

Qualifications:

• 10+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale collaboration, document management, and records management solutions.
• Strong hands-on architecture experience with:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Records365 (or equivalent eDRMS)
  • Orchestry
  • Microsoft 365 information governance & compliance
• Broad Microsoft ecosystem capability, ideally including:
  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Records management principles and best practices
  • Information architecture / taxonomy design
  • Retention, lifecycle, disposal, and compliance controls
  • Security and access management within Microsoft 365
