Solutions Consultant - Capital Markets

You will lead complex client implementations for trade surveillance and transaction monitoring solutions. You will engage clients and stakeholders, define architecture and data workflows, configure and tune surveillance algorithms, oversee delivery, investigate data quality issues, and coordinate remediation with product, research, compliance, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program overview discussions with clients and explain integration approaches and best practices
• Collaborate with exchanges, brokers, asset managers, and regulators to align solutions with business and compliance needs
• Serve as the technical authority during implementation
• Define solution requirements for implementation architecture, authorization, and integration patterns
• Define non-standard data workflows across ingestion, transformation, alerting, and monitoring
• Tune trade surveillance algorithm parameters, analyze output, and communicate results in client-facing deliverables
• Oversee delivery of the trade surveillance and transaction monitoring platform
• Identify issues and investigate root causes of data quality and accuracy problems
• Recommend remediation actions and validate issue resolution with product, research, compliance, and technical teams

Requirements

• 7+ years delivering solutions within the capital markets industry at a professional services firm or technology solution provider
• Knowledge of capital markets technology, including execution management systems, algorithmic trading platforms, trade surveillance platforms, or clearing and settlement systems
• Experience working directly with sophisticated clients on solution prioritization and implementation challenges
• Ability to explain technical architecture and workflows to technical and business teams
• Familiarity with REST APIs, message queues, streaming data, data adapters, connectors, and ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with market data structures, CLOBs, order management systems, FIX message formats, and pre- and post-trade workflows
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tooling and MCP-orchestrated workflows for analytical tasks
• Knowledge of on-chain data structures, smart contract events, blockchain ledgers, and DEX order flows
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Snowflake, or trade surveillance systems
• Strong SQL or Python and data analysis capabilities
