Solutions Engineer
You will lead technical integrations for strategic partners across APAC, including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and ecosystem participants. You will guide partners from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and post-launch support. You will troubleshoot complex integration issues, coordinate with Engineering and Product, translate partner feedback into platform improvements, and improve documentation, tooling, and integration processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical integrations with strategic partners across APAC.
- Serve as the primary technical contact through onboarding, implementation, launch, and post-launch support.
- Support Business Development with technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and partner diligence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate rapid resolution with Engineering and Product.
- Build relationships with partner engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate partner launches and drive post-launch adoption and technical success.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Improve documentation, tooling, and integration processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Operations.
- Stay current on blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, APIs, and digital asset ecosystem developments.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Developer Relations, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Have a software engineering or systems engineering foundation.
- Understand APIs, distributed systems, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Have professional experience in crypto, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or Web3.
- Have experience supporting technical integrations with external partners or enterprise customers.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own partner relationships and drive projects from discovery through production launch.
- Have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve products.
- Be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Maintain approximately 8–10 hours of weekly overlap with U.S.-based teams.
