SPA Manager
Job Description
Daily Operations: Manage all spa, wellness, and fitness facility operations to ensure 5-star brand standards.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, schedule, and evaluate spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
Revenue Management: Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and the creation of promotional packages to drive sales.
Quality Control: Ensure consistent service delivery, cleanliness, and maintenance of all spa and thermal equipment.
Guest Relations: Proactively manage guest feedback and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and personalization.
Inventory Control: Manage procurement, stock levels, and cost-efficiency for all spa products and professional supplies.
Compliance: Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with resort policy and government regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or professional Spa Therapy certification.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury resort or hotel.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of wellness trends and proficiency in Spa/Property Management Software (e.g., SpaSoft, Opera).
Financial Acumen: Strong ability to manage P&L, budget forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Attributes: Exceptional grooming, professional demeanor, and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
Network: Prior experience with international luxury hotel chains (Accor, Marriott, IHG, etc.) is highly preferred.
