Specialist Supplier Quality Assurance
- Raises and manages quality complaints to suppliers caused by issues raised or detected by customers or internally
- Conducts internal analysis of the supplier's faulty part
- Follows up and closes complaints after accepting 8D and closing CONCs, including administrative costs
- Provides support in creating and updating relevant procedures
- Requests, monitors, archives, and approves Product Change Notifications (PCN), Production Part Approval Process (PPAPs), and Part Submission Warrant (PSW)
- Monitors and follows up on central on-hold areas with supplier-related issues
- Controls the special characteristics of the processes or products in the area of responsibility
- Regularly reviews the control plan
- Is responsible and accountable for International Automotive Task Force (IATF) preparation and audit findings for their responsibilities within the department
- Is authorized to stop production or dispatch to mitigate the risk of non-conforming processes or products
- Level of Education : University degree
