Specialty Site Manager-ACCS

With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Specialty Site Manager to lead a residential program within our Adult Community Clinical Supports (ACCS) team.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the operation of the assigned residential component, consistent with BHN's administrative, programmatic, and clinical policies.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff, ensuring required competencies are maintained.
  • Oversee clinical operations, including behavioral and rehabilitative treatment planning for individuals with mental health and substance use issues.
  • Operate the program efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with BSAS, HUD, DPH, and DMH regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure reconciliation of the program's operational budget and maintain maximum program capacity.
  • Facilitate transitions for referrals, admissions, and discharges.
  • Collaborate with the assigned LPHA or medical care coordinator to plan, implement, and continuously evaluate rehabilitative and support services through assessments, treatment planning, and peer support development.
  • Serve as liaison among departments and outside agencies to facilitate continuity of care.
  • Ensure day-to-day upkeep of the residence, including coordination of chores, meal planning, and household maintenance.
  • Monitor medications, refills, documentation, disposal, and safe storage, and assist individuals with attending appointments.
  • Provide transportation to individuals served as needed, including use of a personal or program vehicle.
  • Deliver rapid response to clinical or medical emergencies, including symptom management and de-escalation strategies.
  • Participate in administrative on-call through the emergency on-call system.
  • Complete MAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications within six months of hire.

Who You Are:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related human services field required.
  • Licensure eligibility within two years of hire required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build person-centered, strength-based relationships with individuals served.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to manage staff, resolve conflict, and support a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced residential setting with frequent interaction with individuals served, staff, and outside agencies.

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
