Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Solution Development: Develop and propose solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret business data and provide actionable insights.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress.
• Testing and Validation: Support the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• SQL Experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Payroll, Finance or Accountancy field or any related experience
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Basic coding knowledge will be an advantage

The pay range for this position is €24,900 to €33,550 gross annual. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
