Sr Fullstack Developer
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer Senior with Node.js and React.js technologies to join our multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product. They should be able to work independently with little support from other devs to develop high-quality software aligned with client needs and company standards, with AI tools as part of their day-to-day workflow.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?
- Deliver well-designed and high-quality code, with automated tests.
- Navigate ambiguity with strong technical judgment: evaluate tradeoffs, break down unclear requirements, and take ownership of the outcome regardless of how much of it was AI-assisted.
- Engage with the product, not just the code: understand the business problem behind each requirement, bring technical judgment into early product definition, and connect technical decisions to product and client value.
- Participate in the overall management of the project (planning and review calls, board and story-map maintenance, etc).
- Ensure the development of high-quality code across the company.
- Write meaningful code reviews, including critical review of AI-generated code.
- Collaborate with internal initiatives.
- Encourage project and company technical improvement.
- Assist team members and generate meaningful discussions during disagreements.
- Execute the right level of documentation for the project.
- Software experience from degree studies.
- +4 years approx. of experience in the IT field.
- Strong proficiency in Javascript.
- At least 2 years of experience developing apps with Node.js.
- Experience developing automated tests with Node.
- At least 2 years of experience developing web applications with React.
- At least 2 years of experience working with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with frontend testing libraries (Testing Library, Cypress, Jest, etc).
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and within an agile environment.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools (such as Cursor or Claude Code) as a core part of the development workflow, going beyond single-prompt assistance into agentic workflows.
