Using established BAS system standards in US geography, responsible for hardware designs and software programming for HVAC control systems to meet the intent of the project requirements. Provides detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, field installation team and subcontractors.

• Creates hardware designs from Mechanical drawings, Piping and Instrumentation and Electrical Drawings. Has ability to develop sequence of operations those will be implemented in the Building Automation Controllers, prepare overall bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required. Create OT network/automation Architecture for the project.
  
• Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
  
• Create wiring diagrams, Panel Designs.
  
• Has ability to select Sensors, Actuators, Controllers, gateways, from the suppliers and create overall Bill of quantities.
  
• Gathers field changes from the project team and creates as-built drawings Prepares proper documentation and/or manuals for system operation.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of Controls Networking, Mechanical equipment like Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, Non-DDC systems like Unit Heaters, Thermostat based controls, is familiar with major DDC systems from Honeywell and JCI , is aware of challenges in legacy migration projects. Niagara/ Metasys knowledge and experience preferred.
  
• Supporting skills and ability to write simple software controls Implementations.
  
  

Experience with US/European BAS standards preferred.
