Position: Sr. IT Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop project plans that align with their goals

- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and budget

- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and manage expectations

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management

- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members

- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with clients and manage relationships at all levels

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- PMP certification is a plus
