Job Description
ADI Thailand's Specialized Staffing Team is now expanding and currently looking for Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing tech staffing team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct full cycle of recruitment service from sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating with clients, until offering stage and contract management.
- Initiate recruitment strategies to reach Tech talents in the market and be able to fill the vacancies in timely manners.
- Screen, select and present qualified candidates who match specific recruitment needs of our clients.
- Liaise with line managers, key stakeholders for job requirements, interview, until offering stage.
- Consult and give advice about the talent market, solutions to clients queries on their recruitment needs after understanding overview of company situation
- Supervise junior recruitment consultants.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in Tech/ IT recruitment
- Good level of communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure and be able to handle difficult situations.
- Good command of English
- IT Outsourcing/ staffing service experience is a plus.
