The Sr. Manager, Americas Solutions supports the design, positioning, and application of client-focused workforce solutions across the Americas, leveraging Hays’ Enterprise services to create scalable, compliant, and commercially compelling solutions. Working with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Implementation, Commercial, Bids, Contracts and regional/global teams, the role translates client objectives and market insight into practical solution recommendations, value propositions, and proposal content.
