Sr. Test Manager with financial sector experience

emagine are looking for a Sr. Test Manager for one of our financial clients. You’ll be developing and executing a cross-functional test strategy. The role demands proven expertise in test management and a strong understanding of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies, particularly the Spotify model. Candidates must possess hands-on experience in complex integration environments, ideally within the insurance or financial services domain.

Main Responsibilities

• Establishing the test strategy and developing comprehensive test plans.

• Coordinating testing efforts across various teams and systems.

• Ensuring availability of test data and readiness of the test environment.

• Managing stakeholder interactions and providing pertinent reporting.

• Executing cross-functional testing as necessary.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in test management in complex integration environments.

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.

• Experience in the insurance and/or financial services sectors.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Spotify model.

• Proven ability to work independently and proactively.

• Experience working within a digital business area, ideally within a tribal structure would be an advantage.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Expected duration: Through December 2026, with potential for extension

Allocation: Full time

Work location: Hybrid setup, combining onsite work with remote arrangements.
