Sr. Warehouse & Logistic Manager

We are currently helping our client, a fast paced growing F&B Coffee Company that has been established since 2022 and has been growing for up to more than 430 stores all over Indonesia. Currently we are helping them in looking for Sr. Warehouse Manager with the following detail:

Job Description

1. Oversee inventory management, logistics and procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and on-time delivery.
2. Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan aligned with overall project objectives and budget.
3. Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to forecast demand for parts and materials.
4. Understand internal category profile through various analysis covering Internal demand dynamics, spend analysis (SKU, suppliers, purchase price, total cost of ownership model impact to P&L savings, etc).
5. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
6. Responsible for overall Inventory Management, maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and components & develop inventory control procedures and best practices.

Requirements

1. Educational background typically includes a degree in Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement material management, logistics, or related fields, with at least 3-year exposure in leadership capacity within the coal mining sector.
3. Passionate and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills
4. Willingness to travel as needed
5. Preferably have experience from Food & Beverage/FMCG/F&B Retail/Retail Chain industry.
6. Fluent in English both written or spoken.
