ST IT Student Support Technician 2025/2026
Student Support Technicians aid in providing technical support for all Illinois College owned computers and related technologies across campus. From computer labs to faculty and staff hardware needs and deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of computer labs
- Troubleshooting with end users
- Answering inbound service calls
- Support students use of personally owned computers
- Aid in deployment of hardware to faculty/staff offices
- Collaborate with IT technical support personnel with the support of all campus technology systems
Hourly rate: $12
